EzyLearn Licensee - Flexibility

What is the training delivery process?

To understand more about how the system works read the courses and EzyLearn Express sections of this website. This scenario is offered only as a guide, so if you wish to operate any other way there are no restrictions placed on your with EzyLearn.

Training Delivery Scenarios:

  1. Clients come to visit your centre to see what you have to offer. In that visit you show them how the system works and explain the benefits of flexible delivery. You may want to provide the student with a skills assessment to determine the best module for them to start with. This assessment can be incorporated in a 1/2 or 1 hour training session where you can provide the student with a free workbook or other special offer.
  2. The client purchases training from you
We have listed a variety of different options for you to choose from

OPTION 1

    • One Course (eg. Microsoft Word Level 1) delivered using Flexible Delivery. This can include:
            • 1 month access to your centre during special "drop-in" opening hours (this can be one day a week or 5 days a week, just mornings, just afternoons or all day, it is completely up to you)
          • A printed workbook for each module
          • Online E-learning access to modules 201, 202 and 203.

OPTION 2

    • One Course (eg. Microsoft Word Level 1) delivered using ITL (Instructor-Led Training), which can include:
      • Enrolment to a One day course at your Centre on a given day, start time and duration.
      • A printed workbook for each module in that course (modules 201, 202 and 203)
      • Online E-learning access after the course has been completed so that students can go over and over the traiing material.

OPTION 3

    • 4 hours of One to One private computer tuition delivered one hour a week on a given day and timeslot which can include:
      • One workbook for the student to have as a reference
      • Access to one Online E-learning course to go over some topics that might be particularly hard to grasp.

  • Client access to your computers can be  managed by a timer system just like an Internet cafe and clients only pay for the time they want (great for them) and everytime someone is at your centre you are paid (good for you, covers ongoing costs). This is just a suggestion and you can decide to monitor this manually.
